NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF STROKE PATIENTS WHO ARE INPATIENT TREATMENT AT THAI BINH GENERAL HOSPITAL IN 2018 - 2019

Abstract
Descriptive cross-sectional study on 133 stroke patients over 65 years who were on
inpatient treatment in Thai Binh General Hospital was conducted from December 2018
to February 2019, to assess nutritional status of the patients. The result showed that the
proportion of patients with chronic energy deficiency was 9.0% and the rate of overweight
and obesity was 14.3%, the rates of malnutrition and risk of malnutrition by MNA method
were 3.8% and 15.8%, respectively.
