Abstract

Objective: to evaluate the results of intervention solutions to improve nutrition network at
Thai Binh Dermatology Hospital in 2020. Subject: Doctors, nurses, nutritionists working at
Facility 1 or Facility 2 of Thai Binh Provincial Hospital of Dermatology. Method: Interventional
study. Results: The solutions included establishing and organizing nutrition network
activities, developing nutrition care procedures, disseminating documents, and implementing
nutritional status assessment of inpatients and outpatients, developing pathological diets
and performing nutritional counseling activities. Regarding the conditions for establishing
a nutrition department, 25.3% of health workers before the intervention and 100% after the
intervention can recall the correct criteria for establishing a nutrition department, which was
that the hospital had 100 beds or more; and the nutrition department needed 3 departments,
i.e. nutrition consultation, nutrition treatment and meal processing and supply.
