TÌNH TRẠNG DINH DƯỠNG CỦA HỌC SINH NỮ DÂN TỘC THÁI LỨA TUỔI 15 CƯ TRÚ Ở HUYỆN THUẬN CHÂU, TỈNH SƠN LA NĂM 2021

Abstract

A cross sectional study was conducted in 2021 on 209 children born in 2006 in 3 middle
schools in Thuan Chau district, Son La province to assess their nutritional status
using BMI for age Z-Score. The results showed that the average weight and height of the
children 45.2 ± 4.4 kg and 152.6 ± 5.1 cm, respectively. Mean HAZ (height for age) and
BAZ (BM for age) was -1.24 ± 0.73 and -0.29 ± 0.64. The rate of stunting was 12.4%,
of which moderate proportion was 10.5% and severe proportion was 1.9%. The rate of
wasting was 0.5%.
