Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả tình trạng dinh dưỡng của trẻ mắc rối loạn phổ tự kỷ tại các trung tâm can thiệp, thành phố Hà Nội.

Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 164 trẻ mắc rối loạn phổ tự kỷ từ 2–12 tuổi tại 9 trung tâm can thiệp ở Hà Nội, từ 8/2025–12/2025. Tình trạng dinh dưỡng được đánh giá theo chỉ số Z-score bằng phần mềm WHO Anthro đối với trẻ dưới 5 tuổi và WHO AnthroPlus đối với trẻ từ 5 tuổi trở lên.

Kết quả: Tỷ lệ suy dinh dưỡng nhẹ cân, thấp còi và gầy còm lần lượt là 5,6%, 7,9% và 5,5%. Đáng chú ý tỷ lệ thừa cân–béo phì ở nhóm 5–12 tuổi là 37,1%, cao hơn nhóm 2–<5 tuổi là 9,0%. 

Kết luận: Trẻ mắc rối loạn phổ tự kỷ tại các trung tâm can thiệp ở Hà Nội đang đối mặt với gánh nặng kép về dinh dưỡng, đặc biệt là tình trạng thừa cân–béo phì ở nhóm 5–12 tuổi. Cần triển khai sàng lọc dinh dưỡng định kỳ tại các trung tâm can thiệp nhằm phát hiện sớm và kiểm soát nguy cơ suy dinh dưỡng, thừa cân và béo phì ở trẻ mắc rối loạn phổ tự kỷ.
