SO SÁNH CÔNG CỤ ĐÁNH GIÁ DINH DƯỠNG MỚI-BBT VỚI SGA TẠI BỆNH VIỆN BẠCH MAI NĂM 2013

Abstract

Objective: To compare sensitivity, specificity of new tool (BBT) with SGA at Bach Mai Hospital. This study was performed on 300 adults ≥ 18 – 65 years old admitted to the ICU, endocrinology, nephrology wards with cross-sectional study, controlled study method. Results of the study show that For patient with B or C on the SGA respectively with 2 or 3 on the BBT, the sensitivity was 83.3% and specificity was 86.7% with the area under the curve(AUC) was 0.85. Conclusion: The new tool -BBT was shorter than SGA tool and easy to assess with highly effective.
