Mục tiêu: Xác định tình trạng vi chất dinh dưỡng của trẻ em từ 3 tháng đến dưới 10 tuổi đến khám tư vấn dinh dưỡng tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa quốc tế Vinmec Times City. 

Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang từ tháng 3 đến tháng 10 năm 2025 với cỡ mẫu 157 trẻ dưới 10 tuổi, các đối tượng được xét nghiệm kẽm, vitamin D, vitamin A, vitamin B12, phospho để đánh giá tình trạng thiếu vi chất dinh dưỡng ở trẻ em, so sánh sự khác biệt về tình trạng thiếu vitamin A, D, B12 và phospho giữa trẻ em ở Hà Nội và một số  tỉnh và thành phố khác. 

Kết quả: Trẻ có kẽm huyết thanh thấp chiếm tỉ lệ cao nhất (60,5%), tiếp theo là thiếu vitamin D (24,2%), thiếu vitamin A tiền lâm sàng (11,5%), thiếu phospho (2,5%), và thiếu vitamin B12 (35,6%). Tỉ lệ thiếu kẽm, vitamin D, vitamin A, phospho và vitamin B12 ở trẻ tại Hà Nội tương đương với các tỉnh (p>0,05). 

Kết luận: Tình trạng thiếu vitamin và chất khoáng ở trẻ từ 3 tháng đến dưới 10 tuổi còn cao, trong đó thiếu kẽm chiếm cao nhất, tiếp theo thiếu vitamin D, A, phospho, vitamin B12.
