The Editor-in-Chief will invite a member of the Editorial Board to complete a role of editor for each article. The tasks include:

- Select and invite 2 reviewers;

- Monitor the review process, discuss with the reviewer if there are inconsistent assessments among the reviewers;

- Add additional correction requests if necessary;

- Send evaluation results to anonymous reviewers;

- Decide whether the article is accepted for publication or subject to review or rejection;

- Edit the article after it has been accepted for publication and has been formatted according to the ready-to-print template. Ask the author to add additional information to the manuscript if it is found that it is still missing.

- Help the author identify errors or English expressions for correction or direct correction.
