TÓM TẮT
Mục tiêu: Mô tả chăm sóc dinh dưỡng trước – sau nhập viện; phân tích mối liên quan giữa suy dinh dưỡng (SDD) và một số yếu tố chăm sóc ở trẻ dưới 5 tuổi mắc tiêu chảy cấp (TCC).
Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả – phân tích trên 197 trẻ TCC điều trị nội trú tại Khoa Tiêu hóa, Bệnh viện Nhi Đồng 2 (03–04/2025). Tình trạng dinh dưỡng được đánh giá theo Z-score WHO 2006. Phân tích mối liên quan bằng Chi-square và hồi quy logistic.
Kết quả: Tỷ lệ SDD chung là 37,3%; nhẹ cân 19,7%; thấp còi 22,7%; gầy còm 14,6%. Giảm khẩu phần ăn, pha oresol sai, ăn dặm sớm và nhẹ cân lúc sinh có liên quan có ý nghĩa với SDD (p<0,05).
Kết luận: Thực hành chăm sóc dinh dưỡng chưa phù hợp trước nhập viện làm tăng nguy cơ SDD ở trẻ TCC.
